Hi everyone, I did pretty bad last month and ended up gaining. Hope to lose it this month. Main goal is to control carbs and learn to eat in moderation. Also going to spend the month in America. This will be my first trip there and I am curious to see to how it goes food-wise!7

Hello Everyone! As the new Co-Captain of team Flab-U-Less, I want to start off this month by introducing myself. My name is Gwynne, and I am 32 years old. I live with my significant other, our six year old daughter, two cats and a dog.
I have always been overweight, even during my childhood. Upon graduating high school, I weighed over 200 pounds. When I got pregnant, I was around 240 pounds. My pregnancy was very difficult and I spent almost the entire time on bedrest. This resulted in me gaining a lot of weight and I ended my pregnancy just shy of 300 pounds. Several years later, after emotionally eating and having a desk job, I joined MFP at 376 pounds determined to finally make a change in my life. I want to set a good example for my daughter and be there for her.
We each have our own stories, but we are all in this together. Let's just take it one day at a time and help support each other! We can do this!

Hey everyone! My name is Stephanie and 31 years old. I did this challenge a couple years ago and did very well with it. Then time passed and I stopped focusing on my weight loss goals. This caused me to gain back all the weight I lost and then some.
I've struggled with my weight ever since I was a child.
This year when I weighed myself, I was the highest I have ever weighed at 379. Started working towards my weight loss goals at the beginning of May and now I'm down to 361! I joined this group to help keep me motivated and find some more accountability!
I look forward to getting to know you all!5 -
Hi I'm Annie, I'm a mum of 3 boys. I only really gained weight after my 3rd son was born (6 years ago now). I was 216lbs but I've (very slowly) got down to 199. I'm going to try my best for this challenge 🤞🤞4

Welcome new and returning members to team Flab-U-Less! If you haven't yet posted an introduction, we would love to hear from you. What are your goals this month, and how can we help you achieve them?
The month of June officially starts off on Sunday, June 2nd. The first weekly winners will be posted by Monday, June 10th. So those who have a weigh-in day of Sunday will post in two days. Until then, keep working hard!

Hi, I'm Laura. I've struggled with my weight my whole life. I've tried to lose weight on multiple occasions and have success, but fall off the wagon and gain it back. I started this most recent journey right after my birthday in March and am down about 29 pounds so far! This time feels different for me - I'm not obsessing over every little morsel of food and still let myself enjoy going out to eat with friends. My mindset has really changed and I feel it is much more sustainable this time around.
I joined this challenge to keep my motivation strong, and to find like-minded people. My husband isn't on this journey with me so I don't really have anybody to share in my small successes!5
