Thursday - Picture of Exploring the outdoors. Where are you at? What did you find?
This is from Monday - I'm stuck in the office today. I mean I've been to the supermarket and discovered 3 packs of Jus'rol shortcrust pastry going for 8p each, but I don't think you meant that.
Instead, here are brooding clouds over the reservoir at Sywell, taken from the bird hide. And a cormorant. Shortly after we got rained on and headed to a cafe.
I also took some spittle bug evidence for the national survey we have going on, but I'll save you pictures of that. Because olive trees are being attacked by leafhopper and froghopper-spread viruses in Italy, nature lovers are being asked to log sightings in the UK.
Yesterday, picked hubby up from a wake for a friend, and while we were there I went way over calories, not compensated by only 10754 steps. But I have a big travelling weekend coming up, which usually means lots of steps and lugging things.

*** Please carry my weight from last week forward. My scale is broken. Stepped on it and it was stuck at 60lbs. There is no way in hell I'm 60lbs. I'd have to be dead in my grave for years and someone miraculously digs me up and weighs me to be that thin. Skela-thin!!! Lol

Exercise: 40 minutes on the treadmill
Super busy right now getting ready for the baby shower I'm having this weekend. All 17 ladies are planning to come! I gotta get more chairs!! Fortunately I should have more than enough food. I'm such an over planner.
My eating hasn't been the best the last week or so, but on Sunday, June 2nd I'm hitting it hard again. I'm going no sugar and going to try to limit my carbs as much as possible. I'm still doing intermittent fasting but even with that, I've gotten lazy. I need to pull it together!

So I really cut down the carbs this past week and I feel like it helped a ton. I’m kind of at the point where I want to start maintaining and toning, so I have to figure out the macros for that. Didn’t do any cardio this week, only yoga and strength training.0 -

Thank you Kres! Hi everyone! I'm Kathy and I've been on MFP for a long time. I've lost and maintained, then got serious about losing the rest of the weight in January and came back here. I'm down 31 pounds. I've been riding my exercise bike at home, then today I'm meeting a trainer at the gym to start strength training. I'm excited!
This weekend I'll be going to the coast, I haven't been to the beach in years! My brother, SIL, and nephews will be competing in a Spartan race on Sunday and I'll be watching the boys while the adults compete. I'm not strong enough to compete! It should be interesting to watch.

I'm ready for my baby shower party to be over and for a new month to begin. I'm going to do my best to have a no sugar June and to eat low carb. I fought the idea when I started intermittent fasting because so many people I read about seem to be able to eat whatever they want. I am sadly not one of those people!0
