Down 33.6 pounds from my highest weight.
Woohoo! I got off the weight I gained during all my birthday celebrations!
I was 138.5 pounds last Wednesday and 136.5 pounds this Wednesday.
I was shocked and pleasantly surprised when I saw the number on the scale this morning as I was 139 pounds a few days ago then at the hospital for my dad's surgical procedure then staying with my dad the last 2 days and didn't have a scale yesterday morning to see where I was at so I guess I did make some better eating choices the last 2 days.
Even my aunt made a positive comment about my eating at the hospital as she saw me eating grape tomatoes and raw baby carrots that I had packed to take to the hospital so I didn't buy fast food while there.
Need to lose 0.1 pounds to get back to my weight of 136.4 pounds 2 weeks ago which is totally achievable then I have to push on to lose the last 6.5 pounds until I reach my goal weight of 130 pounds.
Here I come! I just need to stay out of my own way, lol!!!!!
April 24th: 137.9 pounds
May 29th: 136.5 pounds
Lost 1.4 pounds in a month.
I'm happy with that as I am getting close to my goal weight and I am very happy not to have a gain for the month.2 -

@mmarch427, I know that's disappointing, but in the large scheme of things, you're down 3.5 this month and you'll be dropping that extra couple in no time. Glad to hear you're climbing right back up in the saddle!! Glad you had a good time!

Exercise? 5 miles running and fending off bugs because I forgot my bug spray. 😭 Also, lifting, which felt wonderful because nothing was trying to EAT ME.

I am happy with my Zero loss as I tweaked my knee this week and have not been able to go all out at the gym. Good news is I am on the mend and should be back at 100% in a few days.

Morning! Not a great week; I was sick and that usually leads to many bad food choices and not a ton of exercise. But I think some of those ozs. are likely water weight. Onwards!

I dropped to my lowest weight in several years this morning! I know it will go back up because of fluctuations, but I am so excited! I hit 141.8, and my goal is 130. Started at 165.9!4
