So I've started eating better and exercising a bit more. Hopefully next week will be better2 -

Comments: Had a good day today. The office bought Italian food and I decided to eat my packed lunch instead. The packed lunch (French-style lentil soup and zucchini cornbread casserole) was delicious and kept me so full that I didn't eat the other half of my snacks! The other ladies made fun of me a little, but I felt really good about my choice3 -

@ajfuelling Woot! Nice loss! The joint pain usually decreases immensely after a couple of pounds come off and you continue to exercise the muscles.

@gloliver3 Yeah, I still don't have any messages from you. It may be mfp's fault...they have a glitchy system that may or may not work. As far as games and stuff, it was just fun things that I came up with to keep people thinking about weight loss and goals and also to keep us active. I've used several in the past. I came up with a BINGO (I was going to call it FLABO but just couldn't ), a 1up challenge, and a fitness scavenger hunt. Anyone can come up with games or ideas and post. There is also a question of the week challenge that I keep forgetting to post (I usually remember once or twice a month)0
