Everyone is doing a fantastic job! Keep up the great work. I have been overly stressed for the past few days and haven’t been doing my best. I am logging everything and just keep moving forward. I will try to be more involved tomorrow.

Binged that evening. Think I had some emotional eating going on. Ate some trigger foods I shouldn't have eaten. I have over 10 years of bad habits I need to work on. I logged it and I owned it.

Comments: Starting to see some results from my squats, which is exciting. I've also discovered that I can now cook tofu better than my favorite Chinese place, which is sad.2 -

@slgibbs1987 Good job taking time to play in the dirt today! Whenever I feel a big binge coming on I try to brush, floss and use mouthwash. 1) I'm lazy and don't want to have to do it again. 2) EVERYTHING tastes nasty after mouthwash....especially sugary things....blegh!
