Calories - 735 over, but I stopped eating at half a slice of cheesecake so it could've been worse
Exercise - 8 km walk
Goal for today: to run like no one's watching. Also to put an end to this streak of 2000+ calories/day.

Not sure what's wrong. Real gain is of course possible, but can't believe it is that much. No bad days this week and exercised regularly as usual. No extra sweets. May be partly due to the pizza which I allowed myself yesterday and due to the high-protein I started with my dietist but still...2 -

30 mins yoga this morning and 60 min nature walk with the doggies
Hubby and I are hiking a “moderate” mountain tomorrow. 2000ft gain over 3 miles! It should be an awesome view of the lakes and mountains in the distance. Happy Weekend Everyone!3
