No, that is not a daggone typo!!! I've been doing strength training several days this week, plus I've got major fluid retention going on yet again. I forgot to take my BP meds Friday; then I realized yesterday that I left them at work, so I didn't get them until late yesterday afternoon. (Two of my meds are diuretics.) And I've been drinking lots of water to get this fluid moving but uggggg....who in the world gains 11 pounds in 1 week? Sad thing about it is this has happened before. Sigh.4 -

@evangsimmons170 That happens to me after a lot of salt-usually a +/- 6-8lbs. It is insane. I always have to watch my sodium intake 2-3 days before weigh in. Drink up!

Sorry that I haven't been around lately. It's the end of the school year which means things are INSANE. I have also been helping my niece get ready for graduation.🎓 Graduation was last night so that stress is over. Now my focus is on wrapping up my school year and getting back on track with my eating and workouts.
This week my goal is to do daily post, track EVERYTHING I eat, and get in at least 5 workouts.2 -

Well it's Monday morning here. My weight today was 117.0kg (257.4lb). Down 1.4kg from 118.4kg (260.48) last Monday. Bring on the next month.2 -

@windime Awesome! And yes, mfp has been really glitchy for the last couple of days. I am fighting to get my food logged tonight, and my homepage disappeared for 2 days, came back and is now gone again. I don't know if my messages are working gloliver3 told me that she sent a message and my end shows nothing too.
