@Krysless2, it's only a pound. That's not too bad, considering you were flying blind for most of this week!! Next week will be better because I am assuming it will also be glitch-free!!
I sincerely hope so! Last week I was heading upwards towards 165 so this week was purely damage control! 🤯 But I'm happy with my efforts and your support!

Friday eve, finally a rest day! Does'nt feel like when you have to do so much in one day... I will one day get my mojo back and my bum into the gym I not overly overweight I just dont have the confidence as an older lady with all these skinny girls around me (and to think I use to be a skinny size 8) and when in the hell did a size 12 become size 14 in other clothing shops the cuts no longer match. Bloody clothing industry need to sort themselves out.

Not exactly what I hoped for but I am looking to adjust food (right type of calories not just the number!) and reinforce exercise to set the path for next week down. Hoping it's a bit of water on muscles that havent been used in a while. I also just started the c25k yesterday and am looking to actually finish the program this time so hoping those runs will help also.
