I am back in Turkey but in a different hotel this time. I will try to find things to log eg steps and swims.
Although I come on holiday by myself I know other people from over the twelve years I've been coming and had lunch and spent the afternoon with two women I know when are also here by themselves.2 -

I had an impromptu dinner with Friends and family so I wasn't able to to track all the food. I didn't go back in for seconds even though I would have liked to. But I enjoyed myself, the company and the food that was cooked. But I cannot let yesterday give me an excuse to blow the rest of the week.

A few weeks agoI gained about 7 pounds in a week. The next weekI lost even more. Keep going. Fluctuations happen.2 -

I'm still on track with my training plan for my race, but did not do well with remembering to do planks every day. I need to make it part of my routine, and then I won't forget. I have a lunch out tomorrow with my sister, mom, and brother's fiance to prep for her upcoming wedding, a Father's Day lunch at my mother in law's on Sunday, and then the wedding/meal out after Tuesday. We will see how next week goes!2
