Tracked, under, and lots of walking. So ya'll: I wondered why folks would pay for the unwich at Jimmy John's. Alas, I couldn't pack a lunch today and enjoyed it so so much. Who knew I guess it's like having a salad wrapped up into a sandwich, lol1

Well, team The Big Theory came last again last week, with a 0.21% team loss (0.73% for first place). To be fair though, the last three places were within 0.03% of each other!!
The Top Five Big Butts last week, all losing over 1% of their body weight, were:
@Krysless2 - 1.80%
@mirendybryant - 1.69%
@Tracie_Lord - 1.28%
@DreamAchiever33 - 1.25%
@eatingfoodles - 1.15%
Congratulations to these five for an outstanding week, and to any Big Butt that lost some weight in the 2nd week of June!1 -

Thank you! TOM is weird to me... some months I gain, some I lose it right after it comes on, Or I stay the same. I try to watch my sodium this time of month, but unfortunately I crave salt!cmhubbard92 wrote: »6/18/19 Weigh-in

You can do it! I like to prelog my breakfast/lunch/snacks, and stay on that course until dinner, where I decide what I can have based on my calories I have left for the day!1 -
155.8 this week.
I was very concerned yesterday. Had some major post-weekend bloat. We're talking 160.
Also, I RAN 5 WHOLE MILES STRAIGHT YESTERDAY and I'm gonna gloat about it like a little kid because I'm excited.6 -

Really motivational stuff reading through some posts this week.
It was my first week back st work after maternity leave and it’s been a really tough one where I’ve grabbed lots on the go and have binged later at night. I need to adjust to the new normal and back into prepping and more of a structure which isn’t the way I’ve been operating for the last 9 months 🙈
Also stepped on the scales this morning for the first time since my phone broke and I hadn’t been posting here. Up to 222 which is a 10lb gain so going to work away on that until I can join back in properly for July.
Hope everyone is having a great weekend!
@Coral333, absolutely going back to work after your mat leave would be tough, emotionally for sure, but also because of being out of the routine and having to readjust mentally. Once you get back into it, it will get easier. A successful working mom is nothing if not organized!! You'll get there!!2 -
