Friday weigh in.
Lw: 199.2?
Cw:197.2
Started june at 200.2 so there is only a 3 lb weight loss BUT I did cross off some goals. In June I
1- I made it into Onederland and stayed here. I am at my lowest in 18 years.
2- I have lost over 35 lbs
3- 197.2 (exactly this weeks weight) gets me out of obese and into Overweight!!!
4- I am still moving forward4

Took a last minute trip to Wyoming early this month for a week... and have been eating anything and everything I want. My weight is currently 167.7lbs. I’ll try to jump back in this week and during the month of July. Sorry team!
@mickey10111, the July registration thread is up if you are interested in rejoining. Sunday, June 30th is the first day of the July Challenge.2

@prehistoricmoongoddess, we hope you are enjoying your vacation immensely!! Pop onto the July thread whenever you want to let us know how things are going! When you come back at the end of the month, you can let us know how you want to proceed with your weight loss journey.1

I'm still here folks but it's a bit bumpy at the moment.
@enyagoboom, bumpy is okay...we can deal with bumpy!! As you can see from the most recent posts, the theme of the day/week is not leaving, but sticking it out and working through it!! Hope you are on board with that!!1

[quote="susanpiper57;c-43885270" Thanks for letting me vent, guys, I have about 10 pounds until my pre-pregnancy weight, but July will probably be my last month in this group because I feel like I'm weighing everybody down (punny ) because I'm losing so slowly. I love this group, you guys are great. Here's to a good July!
) because I'm losing so slowly. I love this group, you guys are great. Here's to a good July!
@susanpiper57, we only want people to leave the group is they feel that is really the best decison for them, or their only option at the moment. We do NOT want people to leave because they feel they are "letting the team down". I don't care if you gain every week if you are working through something. As long as you are here, and engaged and trying...that is all we ask!!
@Tracie_Lord, that goes for you, too!!2

What if you flipped your thinking and instead of using your son coming home as an excuse, use it as your motivation to be your best self?
@swauters, thank you, Sara. I actually have thought of this. Both my boys are in their best shape right now, and going to the gym is part of their weekly routine. I know if I ask them for their help, they will support me.3

Those 6.2 pounds will come off as soon as you can refocus yourself! Life gets in the way sometimes, but we all understand that! Remain positive, and keep pushing forward! I like you 60 conscious decisions comment!!! Very positive thinking! I am glad you have decided to stay with the rest of us!
Weigh In
Last: 242.6
This: 243.7
Around a pound up after a chaotic weekend, i’ll take this. I was 243.9 on May 30. Then I lost a pound and maintained the entire month until this. I’m going to just pretend that June didn’t happen, haha.
Also, I did ride the positive energy and got myself to the gym last night. Moving forward.
@erikNJ, so happy to hear all of this, Erik!! Our new team mantra....."moving forward"!!1

Weigh in week: Week 4
Weigh in day: Friday
Previous Week's weight: 195.8
Todays Weight: 194.6
This weight was after I had a cup of coffee and an apple. I wasn't going to weigh in because thought I may have put on, because have not been tracking food, although eating healthy but more than usual, and eating later in the night. I am ok with the loss and know my change in habits will eventually come back to bite me, if can't get it back to my usual.
@jlbtnc, so glad you were able to put the brakes on!! It is a very slippery slope back to where we started, if we don't get, and keep, traction!!2

@HASWLRS
I need to take a break from the challenge. Summer is a busy time for me. I also need to take some time to find my weight loss groove. Which I have found a lot more difficult this go around.
TBBT - You guys are awesome and so supportive! Thank you for all the advice and support you all have given me.
@brandi_84, we will be sorry to see you go, but I get it. As long as you feel this is the best decision for you at the moment, then I will support it. Like I've said to some others, leaving because you feel you are letting the team down is not acceptable if your heart wants you to stay!!
We hope you still keep up with your exercise and healthy eating over the summer. We'd hate for you to start gaining while you are trying to find your weight loss groove!! Maybe we'll see you again in the fall? Good luck, Brandi!!1
-
There have been quite a few good losses this week. Sorry if I didn't call yours out personally. I'll do better next week!!1

            Tracked yes
Under I’m not sure since it adjusts for exercise
Exercise yes 3.5 mile walk
@LMK02020, I am not sure I follow. Exercise calories are meant to be eaten back....that's how MFP is set up. So for the Mini Challenge, you are absolutely allowed to dip into your exercise calories and still be "under" for the day!!1

Dang y’all, I’m up, back to 236. Will not head back to 240. This is bizarre as tracked, under, n lots of walking/dancing. Onwards. Won’t stop on this journey as it’s too good feeling great on my health journey.🦋👑🎁2

@ForLangston, loving your attitude! You are doing all the right things, so this snapshot in time of your current weight simply does not reflect this. You know the truth, and the truth always wins!! Moving forward, as the mantra goes!!2

I have lost 125lbs gone from a UK 22/24 (US 26/28) to a UK 12/14 (US 8/10) and a BMI of 47.2 to 24.1. I am not sure if I should remain in this group as although I still feel I want another stone I'm not sure where my body will end up weight wise as I also want to build more muscle mass. I'm also 5'11 so its so hard to tell as I am not 'average[' hahaha
I don't want to be idle and let the team down
Hi Tracie,
We’re in really similar positions. I’m 120ish down and aiming for another 14 or so. Happy to support you in this last leg or to help with the transition to maintainence.

@jlbtnc, when life is tricky, not reaching for comfort food (and gaining weight in the process) but instead using other strategies to deal, like exercise or meditation, is the ultimate in success!! Mentally, you may still be having a hard time, but what you are physically doing is working. Just hang in there...1
