    Weigh in day
    164.7 last week
163.5 this week. I was weighing in lower in Friday but did not stick to plan over the weekend, such a shame! Food prepped for the week. Think maybe I need to schedule in the odd treat to make it more maintainable.

@HASWLRS I'm not going to be able to jump on the scales today. I will tomorrow though if that's ok?

    Tracked: no
    Under: no
    Exercise: no

It was a not diet kinda day. Probably went overboard on dinner, but I’m accepting it and moving on to a great week of eating right and exercising.

You've got this, Pam! Theres nothing wrong with having a day to enjoy food! It probably will help you stay sane through the week!

Still looking for Sunday weigh-ins from:

    @CaroDav73 and @Jl20alon2564

@Jl20alon2564, are you still with us?

I am still here...just not very active. I fell off the bandwagon. Everyday I say I am going to get back on, but every day I disappoint myself. I'm doing well so far today. If you want you can record my weight at 283.4. A gain, but I know it's one i can drop immediately if I just stick with it for a week.

    Exercise Yes, 50 minutes elliptical

    Goals for this week:
    • Gym M,T,W,F,S(work days) M✔
    • Elliptical: 2 days 35min, 3 days 45+ minutes(MTWFS) M(50)✔
    • 64oz Water daily(minimum) S✔ M✔
    • Bedtime by 9:15 all nights but Wednesday and Saturday nights. S✔
    • Pre-Pack gym bag and lunch each day this week. S✔ M✔
    • 10,000 daily step goal except for Sundays (I need to get better with this on my days off!) S(10,148)✔ M(currently 16,688)✔

I drink a lot of water daily(between 72 and 120oz), but decided to start adding fruit to my water just to add a little flavor throughout the day. I now have 2 slices of lemon, a slice of lime, and two mint leaves in a 48oz bottle of water. I add ~30 oz to the bottle throughout the day. I have to say it tastes pretty good! I think I may have had less of my mid morning snack because of it? Either that or the heat was getting to me and I wasn't terribly hungry! I do have to say I am getting some awful headaches again, but I believe it has more to do with the heat now as I have been eating more since I experienced them a few months back! I have to say that these goals that we make for ourselves are really helpful! I find that I am forcing myself to make my lunch and pack my gym bag way more routinely than I was doing before! It makes my morning go much more smoothly!

@murdog3t I find that once I get past about 20 hours I am not nearly as hungry and fasting is easier. Do you feel that way too?
