My scale couldn't quite decide what number to settle on today, but we were about 153.4.

So I ran an "official" 5k on Friday. The WHOLE THING. I hadn't done an official one yet, but I made it!
I'm nervous about weigh ins for the next 5 weeks or so. July is a super busy month! Let's hope for the best!

Congrats on the 5K - one of my many goals, but still in the future for me. We have to understand that even when life gets busy we still need to take the time to care for ourselves. Even if it’s just maintaining during that time and keeping up with an exercise routine.

    Tracked .. yes
    Under... no
    Exercise... 31 min walk

    Sunday walked tracked but over
    Monday walked tracked but over
    Tuesday  walked tracked but over

I knew this was going to be a rough one.. while I am over over over it has at least been better as the week is going on. Hoping for a yes soon but with the amount of road time I am logging tough.

I find it impressive that you keep tracking even though you’re over. You seem to understand that your current situation doesn’t allow you to be under and you’re dealing with it well. Well done.

Does anybody know if the fitbit/MFP integration has been fixed? Mine are still not syncing with each other, and it's pretty frustrating. Is there something that I need to do on my end to fix it?

You need to disconnect Fitbit from MFP, and reconnect it. They originally told us not to do that, but they told us to do that now. I should have thought to tell you all about that when I saw their article. You may have to do it on the website instead of the app. I cant quite remember!

Weigh in week: June - Week 4
    Weigh in day: Wednesday
    Previous Week's weight: 190.8
    Todays Weight: 189

    For my records:
    SW (May 1st, 2019) - 205.9
    Beginning June Weight (from 5/29/19) - 192.9
    Total Lost - 16.9
    June Lost - 3.9

While almost 4 pounds is still a loss, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed. Here's to July!

    Week: Week 4
    Today: Thursday, June 27
    Start weight:  216 lbs
    Previous week's weight: 214.2lbs
    Current week's weight: 215.4  lbs

    Month:
    Start- 216, 1- 217, 2- 215, 3- 214.2, 4- 215.4

Not as bad as I thought it would be and with the scale issues from the week before not sure if that week prior loss was really that big. Still down for the month so I am going to go with that small victory.
Ps.. changed scale battery and now it seems to be consistant again.

Last unofficial weigh in before jumping back in properly in July 💃🏼 215.4 this week so down another lb and I’m happy with that.
Tomorrow the gym I joined opens finally and I can’t wait to get in and exercise.
We break up for summer here tomorrow as well so I’m setting myself the challenge of losing 15lbs across the 7 weeks. Definitely ambitious but I’m motivated to start back at school at 200!
Hope everyone’s week is going well!

    Thursday weigh-in

    Last week 126.8
    Today 126.8

No change. I'm OK with that. While I haven't been tracking I've tried to get in my exercise. On my bicycle rides on Tuesday and Wednesday I was very tired and had to take a break. (30 km/18 miles) so I ate (lots) more than I normally would have yesterday. It is strange since I rode twice that distance on Sunday with no issues.
