July 6: Adding 7 miles of walking today. While it was hot, the humidity was brutal.
TTD: 52 miles
@k80flec: Isn’t great when you can get a workout in and still make it multiply purposeful. And do places really serve instant coffee anymore? Wow! I have not seen that in a long time.
@Susan:I have learned that no move is ever just an hour. So sorry for your missed workout, but what a good friend you are to help out.0 -
After 2 weeks camping in the African Bush I am needing that back to walking tomorrow. Please put me down for 50 miles1

@sussexbythesea - welcome back. I hope your African adventure was amazing
@susan - 5 hours of lifting and carrying is one heck of a workout. You’re a good friend. I think you’ll rock your epic ride
@char - the tea room was literally from a farmhouse kitchen, and yes, instant coffee. I think quite a high percentage of uk households have it. My SO prefers it (although he doesn’t really like coffee). My youngest son and I prefer ‘real’ coffee, whilst my eldest som (37) prefers Vimto !!
@Just_Ceci - well done on your progress through the C25K - not an enviable task in warm weather2 -
