@swauters @cmhubbard92 thanks for your concern but a medication break won't be a problem. I've had to do it before for surgery and again when I developed blood clots. If it helps me lose weight and get to a normal BMI, my risk of disease recurrence is reduced by 50%. Add this risk reduction to that which the meds confer and the numbers are really good. I'll go back on them in time, I just need a reset cxx1

I've been away since the beginning of the month and missed the first weigh-in (but weighed-in in June) - can I still participate and be a part of the team? It was a nice little break, but I need to (and am ready) to get back at it!1

So today was my last normal home day until the end of this month. I plan to try to log in daily. most likely will get some form of exercise in but tracking may be a bit harder. Not sure how all this will work out but just wanting to make it through without digging myself a mega hole to reset with in August.

I ended up getting a 35% discount at kohls, so I went a little crazy and ordered two new pairs of shoes, a couple new workout bras, and a second pair of workout shorts for the gym. I needed a second pair of compression shorts because it's too hot to wear leggings, and I hate having to pull my other shorts down all the time! Yay but not yay- the bras I ordered are a size smaller, because I'm losing a bit in that area(and the band area is getting much looser!), and the girls aren't staying where they need to!2 -

To be fair, I'm fairly certain much of that is my post-movie popcorn bloat. I use an unhealthy amount of salt. No shame.
On the bright side, I'm back to my normal routine for two weeks. Did lots of work at the gym today!3 -

Agreed, I hate when it does this, especially when it’s less than 100 calories. I sometimes just enter something extra so I can complete the diary, I had to do that tonight.2 -
