Under-no I tried though man. I was 900 calories over at 8 pm. By 10pm I was down to about 150 over. I was just too pooped to keep going.

We went to a local car show, had food truck food, and then went to my MIL’s to watch a parade and have a cookout. I thought I was making okay choices, but there was not any lower calorie food to choose from, and I’m nursing so I can’t (won’t) miss meals. And then I had a couple of beers and a cookie. It was a fun day though!3 -

I only managed about 30 minutes of light walking each day the last two days. I am taking tomorrow off from the gym as well just to be on the safe side. I will jump back into the swing of things on Tuesday because I am feeling better, but I just want to play it safe! I still haven't had a chance to catch up here! You guys are so awesome, just keep doing your thing, and stay strong!!!3 -

yes/yes/yes - having brunch instead of 2 meals helped me, and a walk around our new neighborhood with my husband for exercise was fun!2 -
Tracked, at, and lots and lots of walking. I'm beginning to think that I may need to stretch before and/or after my walks. I've felt achy even as I'm proud that my cardio has increased. Enjoyed a lovely jazz fest today1
