    Best intentions didn't quite come off today..... no stretches, no special walk. Work got crazy and I had to bring it home with me...... ate on plan today but was well up this morning due to wine and pizza (planned treat)yest, and almost time of the month so retaining water. Going to bed thinking slim thoughts...... ha ha ha..... I need a miracle to see a loss in the morning that's for sure!

    Hey guys, sorry I have been MIA. Have been on a super exhausting trip; a night here, two nights there and so on. Cousin twice removed got married and we had a blast at her wedding. After that it was just run, run, run. Home now and have collapsed. Will post a WI tomorrow after a restful night.

    Walked twice today but it was in my apartment. If you walk my hall and kitchen 200 times it is 25 minutes. It is also very boring but it really hot outside. I did stay within my calories, so that makes me happy. I was really lazy the rest of the day and spent it trying to catch up on Big Brother. Steps yesterday: 8,771

    I got a miracle and met the 170s! Possibly for the first time in my adult life:)

    I am not happy but also not mad after 2 weeks of vacation and a very sick pup this week.
    I have a mobile vet coming this morning as my dog destroyed my bedroom last night.
    ugh, I am so exhausted.

    Got more in than I thought....really struggling this week after my migraine; can't seem to catch up on sleep and I'm going out of town to a friend's home in WI Dells to stay by her and her hubby for the weekend; I wasn't able to get up there last year due to recovery from my knee surgery....hopefully, get some good rest 😘

    Ugh. I’ve had a five pound swing during this week. Its Birthday Week. My husband and I are each celebrating a milestone birthday this week and we have been redeeming all.the.birthday.coupons. I know some of it is water so hopefully next week will be better.

    My knee is getting incrementally better and I start yoga again on Monday so hopefully getting more active will help too.

    I aimed to get over 10,000 steps today because it is my daughters birthday and we had goodies tonight. I am tired though as I had the grandkids all day as their parents worked. I did stay within my calorie goal today but last night after I posted I did end up going over my calories.

    I've not had a focused enough end to the working week, so am determined to have an on plan weekend.

    It started well with couch to 10km intervals done. Meals are planned as is some more exercise for later as well as self care time.
