We made these today minus the topping, salt, cinnamon, hemp seeds, they were still so good. We also cut them into 16 vs 12 to cut a few calories off.

Iβve really taken it easy on my ankle and it has made a huge difference. Itβs a touch swollen but the pain is nearly gone. Iβm going to attempt to go back to my 10,000 step goal for the next few days.
