Good morning!
Well, I have gained 9 pounds in 18 days. I think this is a good sign I need to up my water intake, because, honestly - that’s a little excessive!
Goals for today:
1 track everything
2 no eating past 8pm

1 - 11,000 steps per day Yes - not easy had to go out and take a walk at night to get them
2 - No Late Night Snacking 5 out 7 days - 1/5 No - very disappointed with myself after going out and finishing the steps to go in and eat.
3 - Exercise 5 days No 1/52 -

1. Stretched and foam rolled after my run
2. Tracked everything even the couple things I didn't want to track
3. Stopped eating right at 8. That was hard though, I wanted to keep snacking!3 -

Goals:
1. YES stretched and foam rolled after run
2. YES tracked all my food
3. NO I ate past 8pmI golfed in the evening and then had a drink/snack after and didn't even think about the time. Then when I got home I knew I already blew it so I had another snack BUT I think I was still under calories for the day so it's all good. Just didn't meet my goal.
