Team! I love making soups and it has really helped me to incorporate more veggies, while cutting down my appetite. Studies have proven that if you start off with soups typically you cut down your entree calories by 20%.

I am going to post a few soup recipes that are my go to for my hubby and I.

Do you have any soup recipes you like?

    🍜 🍲 👩‍🍳👊👍

I'll take it after spending 2 weeks away from home being surrounded by tempting food constantly. Back at it today!

It is SO HOT walking outside is not super enjoyable. But I'm doing it anyway in short spurts and shaded trails.

I have never really been that into soups, because I love to add a box of crackers to them. So I tend to stay away from them. I have tried to be more adult about eating here lately. I've been trying to incorporate more veggies into my diet and I can see how soup could help make that happen. Great idea!

I know how you feel. Here in FL it's gotten so hot here lately. I love when it rains in the evening and cools everything down to like 80 degrees! B)

    Thank you.

An MRI came back normal so there's nothing really bad happening. My doctor has added a medication for prevention that seems to be working. It has some wicked side effects and I was really dizzy and sick for week or so but that's better today.

They haven't done an EEG since I was in elementary school because permanent neurological deficits are permanent, so that may be next on my list. Or she may just treat it and see what happens. (yeah, right... My doctor won't rest until she has an answer that she believes.)

I tried to get in here to post my goals this morning, but I kept getting a forums are unavailable message. However, I need to get back to that so today I did:
    Drink 90 ounces of water
    Take 10000 steps and
    Log my food.

Good morning teammates!! I just wanted to hop on here and let y'all know I'm still here, even though it may seem like I have fallen off the face of the earth. Well, I didn't fall off the face of the earth, just the bandwagon!! I'm back on now and hope I can implement a good routine, and stay on for a longtime.
    GO TEAM WARRIORS!!

Hi everyone! Did anyone have problems with their app yesterday? For some reason it wouldnt let me access 'community' to get into the group.
    Current weight: 285
I met my personal goal last week, going to the gym 4 times. I'm so proud of myself! Now I have e to focus on going, and eating healthy. 😁
