1 - 11,000 steps per day - Yes 13,970
2 - No Late Night Snacking 5 out 7 days - 2/5 Yes!!!!! Almost went for some snacks but talked myself out of it.
3 - Exercise 5 days 2/5 Yes!!!!! Morning walk and went to the gym.

Goals:
1. YES stretched and foam rolled after run
2. YES tracked all my food
3. NO I ate past 8pm I golfed in the evening and then had a drink/snack after and didn't even think about the time. Then when I got home I knew I already blew it so I had another snack BUT I think I was still under calories for the day so it's all good. Just didn't meet my goal.

1) 45-60 MIN A DAY EXERCISING + WALKING 12K STEPS PER DAY... WHETHER IT BE AT HOME OR AT THE POOLπ
FELL SHORT 3K STEPS AND CHANGE AND NO EXERCISING OTHER THAN MY STEPS
2) TAKE MY MEDS AM AND PM EVERYDAYβοΈ
3) H2o INTAKE 96-128 OZ PER DAY ...FLUSH THIS PHAT AWAYβοΈ[0 -
I feel like such a failure this past week. I've let myself be so distracted from any kind of healthy lifestyle. I've been eating chips and dip for dinner and drinking soda by the gallon. I don't know why I let things in my life dictate how I am going to eat or if I sustain a healthy lifestyle or not. I don't know why I can't stay on track and just lose the weight already. Grr.. it's so easy to put the weight on, but so hard to take it off.
On a positive note: I did not give in to the huge temptation to smoke a cigarette!! I guess one can always find a positive in any situation.5 -

I AGREE WITH MARY WTG ON NOT LIGHTING UP....

Had a couple absolutely brutal days for eating. Iβm struggling with my oldest at the moment and when Iβm frustrated, I am constantly eating.
Tomorrow we are meeting friends to visit a small zoo not too far away. Hopefully itβs enough of a break in the routine to get everyone out of the funk and back in a good frame of mind.1 -
