I'm making 20,000 my goal each day for this week. just trying to get myself to get off my butt and think about something other than food. I need to get to work if I want to make any progress toward my 5 pound weight loss goal for this month.1 -

Today I walked to the gym and did my compound upper body workout. I feel pumped!! Ready to get that food prep started now!! Did anybody know there is a message board for strength training on this app? I never knew it, until yesterday I stumbled across it. I'm gonna check into some books that they recommend. There's so much information out there on weight lifting.
Anybody on here ever watch 90 fiance'?1 -

Hi everyone! Did anyone have problems with their app yesterday? For some reason it wouldnt let me access 'community' to get into the group.

I met my personal goal last week, going to the gym 4 times. I'm so proud of myself! Now I have e to focus on going, and eating healthy. 😁

Don't you just hate when you wear your Fitbit but don't realize the battery runs out sometime during your day ? I worked out and went for a long walk and then realized Fitbit was dead! Oh well!1
