Hahahahahaha!! Is this to remind me where I’ll be if I don’t take some weight off my sore ankles? Lol ;)

Today I did track my calories. Just a hair over budget. I blew it with my wasabi peas. I didn’t eat a ton but I figured they would have next to no calories and boy, was I wrong.

My β€œif every day were like today” message predicts a 15 pound loss in the next 5 weeks. That’s some real motivation and it certainly helps keep me focused on the long term rather than feeling like I should have instant results.

I started the day with about 30 minutes of stretching and what a difference it made. I realized, with horror, that my whole body was stiff and sore. I’m staring right at the consequences of my bad choices and I still struggle to make the right ones.

But tomorrow is another day and that’s what it takes - one day after another then another after that.

    GOOD MORNING TEAM
    otjxvc5iw265.png

THAT FATEFUL DAY IN APRIL OF 75 COULD TURNED OUT A WHOLE LOT DIFFERENT THAN IT DID.
I COULD HAVE EASILY BEEN TAGGED AND BAGGED AND SENT HOME TO MY MOM AND DAD IN A BOX, BUT I DIDN'T SO IT IS A GREAT DAY TO BREATH-IN AND LIVE-IN

TODAY AND EVERYDAY I REMIND MYSELF THAT I HAVE TO BE THANKFUL FOR BEING ALIVE AND KICKIN IT.
BECAUSE TODAY I SEE THE ORTHO AND PODIATRY DOC'S TO DISCUSS THE NEXT PHASE IN FIXING MY LEG AND CONNECTING PARTS. IT HAS BEEN A JOURNEY SINCE 75 WITH THIS DAMM THING SO I AM HOPEFUL THAT THEY GET RIGHT THIS TIME AND BE DONE WITH IT.

I WILL OUT FOR MOST OF THE DAY AND HOPEFULLY I CAN STAY ON TARGET FOOD WISE AND KEEP MY STEP COUNT HIGH. HAVE A SPECTACULAR DAY TODAY

    Sunday 7/28:

    CW: 141.3

I've been a day off - I kept thinking yesterday was Saturday and today was Sunday so I forgot to weigh in this morning! I stepped on the scale later on when I remembered so I can either enter this weight or I can weigh in tomorrow morning at the time I usually weigh in.

Greg - I was a bad boy this week and totally forgot to log in... After spending $1,100 on my boat and then getting a flat on the trailer tire, I think I had just about had it with anything and everything... Stick to the rules, give me an NWI for the week and I will be sure to post this week... My Bad!
