    Wow!! 7 miles? and a barre class too! Over achiever much? lol I think it's great that you have all this energy and it shows in your everyday life. You are a great motivator!! This new group challenge is a good one. I'm still thinking about what I will post for my goals.

    JUST GOT HOME FROM A SUPER DUPER DAY WITH MARCIE... WE LAUGHED..WE HELD HANDS... SHE KEPT ME UP RIGHT AS MY FOOT AND LEG WERE BEING OBNOXIOUS TODAY FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON( MAYBE THE HEAT) I DON'T KNOW BUT I SEE THE ORTHO AND DPM NEXT WEEK AND THEY'LL FIGURE IT OUT. JUST A FANTASTIC DAY WITH HER.... OH BTW I DIDN'T EAT WISELY MORE ON THAT TOMORROW.,

    A bit about me: The star of my own show!! lol
    I've been doing terrible with my diet, of course I want to do good, but always let that damn little voice in the back of my head win every time.

    Me: We should go to the gym and get our workout in early.
    The voice: Yes, good idea but first we should eat this pizza so we aren't hungry at the gym.
    Me: Hmm. isn't that bad to do?
    The voice: Nah we'll just have 1 slice.

    3 pieces later.........

    I'm stuffed maybe we can hit the gym tomorrow!!

    I get a box of vegetables from a farm every week and I had a bunch of zucchini from the last couple boxes so I made this soup. Super easy and I thought it was really good!

    My three daily goals next week:
    1) 10,000 Steps per Day
    2) Ten minutes of quiet time, meditation, breathing using the free app called: Insight Timer.
    3) Nothing over 7:30 PM
