I AM NOT A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR SURGERY DUE TO SEVERAL THINGS AGE FACTOR... DVT FACTOR .... AND MOST OF ALL I WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO WALK FOR 3 MOS. SO I AM GOOD WITH IT. HERE'S THE UP SIDE TEAM..... I WILL BE STILL ABLE TO WALK...WORKOUT AND CARRY ON WITH A DAILY LIFE... WILL I BE IN PAIN TO SOME EXTENT YES..... WILL I HAVE TO SUCK IT UP ...YES.... CAN MARCIE AND I LIVE IT WITH...THAT'S A BIG HELL YES!!
SO THERE YOU HAVE IT TEAM IN A NUTSHELL....

THIS WEEKS GOALS ARE THE SAME AS LAST WEEKS
GOING TO ADD PTSD SOCIAL WORKERS GOALS FOR ME
1) GOALS NEED TO MEASURABLE, SPECIFIC, ATTAINABLE, AND TIME SPECIFIC
YES THESE HAVE BEEN A WEAK SPOT IN MY SYSTEM, BUT AS NOW THEY ARE HIGH AND TIGHT
2) WORK ON BUILDING ACCEPTANCE OF WHAT I AM CAPABLE OF TODAY, WHAT IS MY BATTERY LEVEL
OPERATING AT
THESE LAST FEW DAYS THE BATTERY HAS BEEN ABOUT 75-80% CHARGED... NEVER AM I GOING TO TO REACH 100% AGAIN SO I AM TEACHING MYSELF TO ACCEPT THAT.
3) START MY DAY WITH BREAKFAST OUR GOAL WAS 2-3 TIMES THIS WEEK
I AM PROUD TO SAY THAT SINCE SUNDAY I HAVE HAD BREAKFAST AT 0500 HRS EVERY DAY SO FAR
SO MY DAYS HAVE BEEN JAMMED PACKED WITH MOVING FURNITURE AROUND.... GETTING READY FOR NEW STUFF.... CLEANING OUT JUNK PILES(OUTSIDE DEAD WASHING MACHINE AND HOT WATER TANK AND ASSORTED OTHER STUFF).... STILL CUTTIN FIREWOOD AND STACKING IT .... JUST ANOTHER DAY AT THE OFFICE.
THANKS TO YOU ALL FOR BEING SO SUPPORTIVE OF MY MISSION....ADMIRAL MARCIE IS TRULY IMPRESS WITH MY PROGRESS SO FAR... SO I AM POINTED IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION ... KEEL IS DEEP INTO THE WATER TO KEEP ME STEADY AND ENGINES ARE MAXIMUM FOR ME ... STEADY AS I GO

Oh wow! I forgot to mention that my Fitbit is off. The band broke this pass Saturday. I have ordered another band and it’s looking like delivery is going to be around Aug 7th. So I’ll be off the step team for a minute.0
