Wow!! 7 miles? and a barre class too! Over achiever much? lol I think it's great that you have all this energy and it shows in your everyday life. You are a great motivator!! This new group challenge is a good one. I'm still thinking about what I will post for my goals.

I've been doing terrible with my diet, of course I want to do good, but always let that damn little voice in the back of my head win every time.
Me: We should go to the gym and get our workout in early.
The voice: Yes, good idea but first we should eat this pizza so we aren't hungry at the gym.
Me: Hmm. isn't that bad to do?
The voice: Nah we'll just have 1 slice.

2) Ten minutes of quiet time, meditation, breathing using the free app called: Insight Timer.
