    So found a new program called "Shed" you eat 7x a day and exercise 2x for 30 minutes the exercise is going to get me but I'm still STAYING positive and will figure it out even if I start out with 2 15 minutes working out. Trying to figure things out so that I can worked through the pain

    Comments: another hungry day today, but with the week's final weigh in tomorrow it's allowed me to stay in control. We even went out for lunch as a family and I sat there whilst kids and Husband ate 3 courses including decadent puddings and stuck to my main meal that I figured out even before I left the house (and didn't once crack the menu once we got to the restaurant so I couldn't be swayed). I'm proud of myself for putting my health first today.

    Goals/Day/Comments: Swim, swum, swim was the focus this weekend. And to make it even better, my 5-year learned how to doggie paddle in her life jacket.
