    I was asked to watch my grandson, who is three, for the day. We were very active! Went to the beach, built two different 'beach boats', boogie boarded, built a tent at the house and played every imaginable game.

    Exercise: Yes✅ I got out at 6:18 and knocked out 3.23 mile walk in 50:07 which breaks down to 15:31 per mile. I cannot wait to get back to runningntk see what my pet mile breakdown is! Makes me excited to see those times walking.
    Goals/Day/Comments: I had a great week with some awesome walking mileage and feel great!!! Next week is all about the cross training. Hopefully by confusing my body I will see more weight come off!

    Exercise: Kinda......we had a birthday party today for a close family friend which was a swimming party! Did a couple of laps helping my 5-year old learn to swim.
    Goals/Day/Comments: Today was cheat day for me. We had fun swimming and enjoying my family. ❤️❤️❤️

    Today I bought my very first pair of size UK 10 jeans and they fit comfortably! Before losing weight, I was a size UK 14 in jeans and after giving birth 8 months ago I couldn’t even fit into a 14...they barely went past my knees! I still have 8lbs to lose until I reach my next (and hopefully final) goal. Here’s a couple of photos of me in the jeans I thought I’d never fit into again! (Excuse the hair, i look like I’ve been dragged through a bush but I’d just taken my bobble out 😆)
