    Sitting here mad at myself as I over ate at supper. Yesterday I was within my calorie goal and I went for a walk. I also went to the pool with my granddaughter so I that gave me a lot of activity. My steps yesterday: 10,449

    @pjshawley water weight causes me a lot of grief too. Anything salty and my weight jumps.

    @Luciicul I love it when I wake up needing the toilet on weigh day for that exact reason!!!

    @lindamtuck2018 Don't beat yourself up over one supper, put it behind you and look onwards and upwards to a new day :)

    Just before 7am and I'm about to head out of the door for a run.... been a while since I did an early morning one. Two days to go at work and counting!

    I'm going to a new chiropractor and was in a lot of pain last week and that definitely shows through my steps. Im hoping to get back to exercise this week.

    Goals for Tuesday - Saturday:
    2 weightlifting workouts (1 down-1 to go)
    2 days CP25K (wk5d3 and wk6d1)
    Each day get at least 15,000 steps
    Each day meditate at least 5 minutes

    I wasn't successful in meeting my goals last week. This week will surely be better!

    Not a stellar start to the week all around - kind of feeling down and frustrated + my husband's cousin passed away so wake and funeral were Sunday/Monday - that's why my steps are down....
    Hoping to ramp up the later part of this week....not the way I thought July would end and I'm not making my green challenge.....sigh.....:(

    Yesterday I did manage to stay within my calorie goal even though I overate. My blood glucose reading in the morning was high as a result. I went for a 30 minute walk without the dog. I also walked Molly for 2 short walks. My steps yesterday: 10,714

    @boehle that is an impressive schedule. Good luck with the training. Thanks for the encouragement!

    Sorry about your husbands cousin. Don’t get frustrated, we have a new month to start and we can aim for a new goal.

    Well July was a bit of wash out financially at £7.25 per day for food though with two long family weekends away I'll take it. 'Jalking' totalled 191 miles with my recently taken up cycling adding 31 miles on top. 250 mile combined target for Aug? Net calories were over on 8 days with 7 of those on my weekends away.

    Looking forward to Saturday's weigh in and helping Shrinking Assets be top of the leaderboard :)

    Hi! Is this where we check-in etc? I have a 4-month-old so my brain is complete mush. LOL. When I get a chance I'll read through everything again.

    Anyway. Last week was weird because I hit all my calorie goals but didn't really lose as much as I expected. hoping for a better outcome this week! I suspect lack of sleep is contributing to slower weight loss.
