Not as good as last week but still pretty good. I was prepared for a gain since I have made so many lifestyle changes this month. I was told to expect a gain with quitting smoking, although to be honest I am still in quitting mode and haven't quite reached QUIT, yet. I have been walking shorter hours and shorter distances as I follow Zombies, Run! C25k but I guess pushing harder makes up for some of that.
You haven't failed until you stop trying. Never give up! Never surrender!4 -
Yes, I do know what needs to change. I need to get my mind set back. My roommates parents come almost every weekend and they bring all kinds of junk; cookies, pies, donuts, candy..... I just need to say "no". Which I am going to do starting today. They are coming down today. Lord help me!!!2

Slowly creeping down there! I think it's taking so long because I'm mainly focused on diet, and I'm nursing my 9 month old baby, and I'm one of those women that has a hard time losing weight while nursing. I make sure I get my steps in the run of the day, and it's easy with a crawling 9 month old and a busy 4 year old, but I don't take time to actually exercise. I'm used to being able to restrict my diet and watch pounds fall off (years ago before I had kids, I lost 80 pounds in a year just by focusing on calories), but that isn't happening after two kids and while nursing. I'm happy for every single ounce off. I didn't gain all this weight overnight, and I'm not expecting it to melt off while feeding a baby. So I'll take the small loses ❤️3 -
