Did I exercise 20 minutes? Yes. After climbing around a 120F attic and scuttling around in a spider-ridden crawlspace, the 93F outside made for a pleasant walk.
Did I track everything I ate and drank? Yes
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes0 -

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, skipped breakfast and Lunch
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? No, I have to guess at water. I have time to track dinner now because it was chicken and a salad with olive oil.
Positive, I pushed to get the extra steps in!
Just wondering, why did you skip breakfast & lunch? Are you fasting? Congratulations on the 15,000 steps!0 -

Did I exercise for at least 30 minutes? YES + some 13,000 + steps
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? YES
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? YES
Something Positive about myself: The extra walking is starting to pay off, seeing some muscle definition in my legs... now I need to start lifting weights or something to firm up the "Granny" arms.
Does anyone have any suggestions for firming up flabby arms?0 -

Hi Looneycatblue,
I was running late for work, then my hungar just subsided. So, I did not eat anything. Thank you for caring about me!1 -
Just assigned to team today so I've missed the last few days of intros and postings.
This looks like a fun group and hoping your enthusiasm will help motivate me to get onboard and stay onboard. Down about 15 lbs. from the first of the year but find myself lacking motivation these days and can feel the lbs. creeping back on and still have quite a ways to go.
So for yesterday...
Exercise? No
Track everything? Yes
Stay in calorie budget? Yes
Something positive about myself -- took the leap and joined MFP and this group.

@BonnieHosk85 what is pool walking? Looks like a dumb question after seeing it in print but curious anyway.0
-
Good morning! Nice loss, @inshapeCK!! You'll get back there very soon!
@Pamela117e, the lady has a pool that is the same depth for the whole pool. I get there 30 minutes early and just walk laps in the pool, and then I stay a little bit longer when class is over and get more time walking. https://www.everythingzoomer.com/health/longevity/2011/08/25/pool-walking/
Team, this week we have had a mini-challenge of saying something positive about yourself. If you haven't done that yet, think about it and let us know. If you have an idea for next week's mini-challenge, you can post it on the thread or pm me.
