Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No , I ate all my carbs at breakfast ,was very hard to keep accountability while attending a farewell party in the office.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Not all .
I'm sorry , to bring bad comments , but my weakness is counting the macros.

I have a question about "extra calories from exercise". What do I do with them? Do I eat them? Do I eat some of them? Do I collect them until I have enough for a giant stuffed unicorn?
I set my calories and try to stick to it. I either succeed or fail (spectacularly). Are those "extra calories from exercise" just sitting there, scowling at me?2 -

@shewhoismany, people vary on this. I never eat them all, because I don't know how accurate they are, but I do slide into some of them sometimes. You may want to try it a week or two and see what results you get. Silly girl, giant stuffed unicorns don't have calories!!

Did I exercise for at least 30 minutes? Nope... had to get some work done in the morning, (one of my side jobs)
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? YES, exactly with -0- left. Ate a heavy dinner (husband "cooked"), planning on a nice big salad with chicken tonight.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? YES.
Something Positive about myself: I push myself to get my morning walks in, as often as possible, but sometime work gets in the way. I am working on not feeling guilty about that. Hard to fit everything in.5 -

Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? No, I have to guess at water. I have time to track dinner now because it was chicken and a salad with olive oil.

Exercise? Yes. 3 mile walk with the dog, 40 minutes strength boot camp with app Aaptiv, and 60 minutes Buti yoga

New goal to lose 12 lbs. by October 31! I also just got to where I can touch my toes!3
