Did I exercise? Yes. 9 holes of golf, and spent the day in Philly walking around.
Did I write everything down? Yes
Did I stay within my budget? 23 calories over; Not bad at all!
Did I do anything nice? I tipped our waitress a little extra because she was just excellent!

Exercise? About a 40 minute walk through my neighborhood.

Under calorie budget? Yes, and without difficulty for a change! Usually to stay at or under I have a moment where I am outright denying myself something I want, but not today for some reason.

Tracked everything? Nope - just realized I had a fudge graham at my morning meeting. I didn't have my phone on me and then forgot to log it. Woulda been well under still as I had at least a couple hundred cals to spare!

    Kindness I experienced today:

instead of taking the last of the coffee in the pot for myself I served it to someone else.

A few friends of mine all worked together to get me something I need without me asking - it felt really good that they listened and cared 😊

Exercise? No, not a lot of intentional exercise - brief walk on work lunch break before it started downpouring rain.
    Under calorie budget? Yes
    Tracked everything? Yes

    Kindness I experienced today:

My roommate transferred my load of blankets/throws to the dryer AND folded them before I got from work!

I let a fellow driver in when traffic was bad - they would have waited a long time if nobody let them in.

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes.

Today I learned crab is the perfect food. I love, love, love it but don't have enough patience to eat enough of it to go over my daily calories. Must eat more crab. :)
