It mostly fits. I make a bun at the very top of my head. While swimming it does ride up a little getting the back of my hairline (back of the ears and neck area) wet. I wear it so I don’t have to deal with soaking wet hair right after swimming. Only a fresh wash and condition with get a comb to glide.

This turned out to be a strict week on my main meals. The store didn’t have my usual cottage cheese, so I didn’t get any. By the time I could on Wednesday....I didn’t want it. My main meals were mostly protein and fats.
I want soups and fruits this week as my main meals. I will be alternating fruits and veggies each day. No dairy or nuts.
