Sorry something happened this week and I dont think I got round to posting. Will post my weight next week. I dont think ive lost weight but my gp says i have...so i guess i need to check my progress and see if its just clothing or real weight loss. And measure my waist too...coz thats been more of a concern1

Just matched my weight from 2 weeks ago! It may not seem like much, but the scale was up quite a bit just before the weekend and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get it back down. So happy I was. There was cake this weekend too!
I will be on vacation next week and won't have access to a scale so I will miss next week's weigh in.5 -

This is why losing weight is so frustrating -- for multiple days before "official" weigh-in day down 2 lbs. Official weigh-in day 0 lbs. weight loss.1 -

@pamela117e - I know it's frustrating. It's happened to me too! As long as you're doing what you know to do, staying under your calories and getting exercise every day, it's going to drop off. Hang in there, friend!

Sorry for the late weigh in. My daughters birthday is tomorrow so it’s like we’ve been celebrating since Monday lol. I’m proud to say I’ve been doing great with my food intake. I just need to step up with the exercise. I do my daily 30 minute walk but i need to do more to see greater results.

Still need to re-lose 3.4 pounds to get back to my June 5th weight which was 134.2 pounds.
It's been a long 2 months trying to get the weight back off.2 -
