@BonnieHosk85 I'm fasting and keeping my carbs and sugar low. Calories are low. Always get my water in and more. I am "late" again so I'm guessing hormone problem. I've no clue. I'm thinking of just trying to go back vegetarian again, it worked before a few years back. Exercise has been slack too bc my 1 yr old has gotten to his clingy stage so maybe that's it as well.

    mmm... late & gaining???

Ashley will be posting the Week 3 results later today for us, but I thought you might like a snapshot of the month so far. Team, you really rebounded from week 2 and are doing awesome. Don't be discouraged if you've gained or haven't had a loss. Don't give in to thoughts of giving up. You will have better weeks if you stay the course. We've got each other and we can do this!!! <3

Today was a good day. I was well under my calorie goal. I got an hour long walk🚶🏻‍♀️ in the super hot sun☀️. I tracked every bite of food that went into my mouth👅. Hopefully it will show in the scale⚖️ tomorrow. But either way, “I did good”. 🙌🏻

Sometimes this process feels like pulling teeth🦷: slow and painful😩. But it’s going to take me a year, I figure, to lose this weight, so there’s no point in trying to rush it. And Looking at everybody’s posted track record, not a single person lost over time without the occasional gain along the way. When your in the trenches, it all seems like an uphill climb. But in the long run, the only true success seems to come from just sticking with it.😅👍🏻

I’ll take it! Looking forward to next month to really put a dent in this weight loss journey.

I haven’t noticed a difference because I’m pretty consistent with staying in this range but i have gotten compliments that I look good. I thinks it due to my confidence because the more I try and reach my Mini goals, it helps me feel better about myself and where I’m headed. This time next year i know I’ll see and feel different. Getting Heslthy is my ultimate goal and this group helps me a great deal.
