    Checking in for today. It went to heck in a handbasket at work today because my immediate supervisor yelled at me for asking her immediate supervisor a question while she wasn't in the building.

    By heck in a handbasket I mean my husband told me to quit if it isn't resolved to my satisfaction. I meet with my actual department director at 8 am tomorrow. I will let you know if I still have a job when it's over.

    Who encourages me? Obviously, my husband but I don't have a photo of him on my new phone.

    My wife encourages me daily. She does not want me to go back to the "Other Dr. Wilson" as my patients call him.

    MFP and my WONDERFUL Workout Warriors have also been instrumental in my success. I may not post everyday, but I try to read the posts and I realize there are others just like me, who have the same struggles and hopefully the same successes. I have been able to stay at this weight for 2 years! Statistics say that 95% of us will not maintain. That means that 5% of us will. I plan for me to be among that 5%. What about you? There is no way I would have been able to do it without the information and support I have received here. Have a GREAT DAY!!!

    Tuesday Someone who encourages you. Although I have many people I must say, it’s my ride or die. Every since they were young and I would go on a diet they knew everyone else in the house went on a diet too.

    Reason for staying healthy: I want to feel logos about myself. My self esteem is higher ghee when I take care of myself. Also, I feel better overall when I exercise and eat β€˜somewhat’ better.
