Good morning! I'm popping in to let you know that I haven't forgotten you all. Between the new house and work, I'm just trying to keep my head above the waves. My weight is up and I haven't been doing well at all. Today, after work I'm going to the grocery store and will stock up on all the foods that I can eat and stop with the excuses!!4

Gosh, it is SO gratifying to read about everyone’s tenacity and strength! So......
I’m back on track..... whew. I had a “moment” that lasted 2 and a half weeks. I thought there might be someone out there who would benefit from this post.
Over the last two weeks, I’d almost completely broken from my my low carb, controlled calorie, minimal alcohol regimen. I’d start each day like that, and then completely blow it at dinner time and beyond. Emotionally, it was a miserable yin and yang..... immediate pleasure or comfort; guilt and anxiety later. And then, each day, rinse and repeat.
The most shocking development has been how my body has reacted to this ‘onslaught‘. The facts ( not exaggerated in any way): I’ve been ‘hangry’; feeling inexplicably ‘low’; I’ve got patchy spots on my face; generally feel bloated; a bathroom issue best left unsaid; definitely a decline in my endurance.
When I think about how poorly I’ve treated my body (and myself) over the years...
So, my body likes my better way of eating.... and, I’m happy to say that ‘I’m back’! Not sure if anyone has associated physical well-being with ways of eating but I certainly appreciate it now. Looking forward to seeing better results and getting back to feeling my best!2 -

So, my body likes my better way of eating.... and, I’m happy to say that ‘I’m back’! Not sure if anyone has associated physical well-being with ways of eating but I certainly appreciate it now. Looking forward to seeing better results and getting back to feeling my best!
I have an autoimmune disorder and have found that what I eat can make a huge difference in how I feel, mentally and physically.
