    Exercise? Nope - got.home at 10pm
    Tracked everything? Yes.
Under goal? Only 33 over - happy about that!

Also I finally figured out the calories vs exercise issue. I just needed to change my activity level to Light Active. Now it realistically counts my steps as a few calories as opposed to a huge exercise deficit. I work an office job but I still move as much as possible!

Looking good this week team! Keep up the amazing work!

Curious if any of us are vegetarian, pescatarian or "flexitarian"?

So my sister and I are going to see a band play on Saturday night. I'm not a beer drinker at all!!

What low calorie alcohol do you guys drink? PS - I do not like the seltzer drinks!!!

Vodka and soda with just a squirt of 7Up is good.

Today I scheduled a home day so I can exercise. Im so excited I lost some weight this week. I have added more chicken and less red meat to our diet and one vegetarian meal per week, and I think that has made a difference. (When we have mince i bulk it out with puy lentils too). I have also added in variety to fruits and veggies as i think the whole family was getting bored on just 2 fruits and started seeking sugar; to help with this I have also bought nuts and cranberries to munch on. I have also started measuring my rice. My areas i need to work on...whenever my daughter doesnt eat i eat her food, so i need to log this too

@12Sarah2015 - we have a common 'need work area'... I also have a bad habit of eating what my daughter doesn't even though I've already eaten. I've been doing good this week so far!!

My 12 year old son has decided to be a pescatarian but I suspect that is because he recently discovered that he loves shrimp.

Its was not a good week for me with a gain of 2 pounds and I know it was my bad eating habits. Too much late night snacking and eating big meals. Not this week, as I will be back to my multiple small meals and lots of water.

    @12Sarah2015, nice loss! :star:

@inshapeCK, you're doing great at maintaining. Keep doing what you know to do and that scale will move again soon!

@stimpy56, great plan to get back on track!

@motis3678, a little gain is really normal after a big loss like you had last week. Hang in there!

I started a new routine this week. I started too late in the week to reach my goal, but I am fighting my way back down. I did exercise. I am tracking... I feel good that I am back on track. For the first time, I am counting my weight in pounds and ounces, not just pounds.
I will be happy with .5 ounces of weight loss.
    I got this.

I am! And have been for about 25 years (I am 40 next month.) Feel free to look at my diary! I do eat eggs and sometimes salmon (trying to eat it 1x week, zero success lol!) I did it all throughout pregnancy and nursing, too. It's never been about weight for me and there are times when I wish I did eat chicken but it's not the right choice for me. I am happy to answer any questions!

Track everything and meet calorie budget? Not on your life!!! I not only had one Chinese buffet today, but I get home from work and he wants to go to the Chinese buffet (a different one from lunch). Half of the stuff I don't even know how to track. Tomorrow is a new day!!!!!

@Keepingtrack1234 That is amazing. The longest I ever kept it up was just shy a year. It was about weight back then and I did get lean pretty quick. This time around it's also because my gallbladder and bloating. So far it seems to be doing the trick.
