October challenge - my goal would be to lose 2 pounds this month - my weight loss is so slow.....

I’m in for the step team in October and will keep 15,000 as my goal. Hopefully I will consistently beat that number since fall is my favorite running/walking weather!
I wish I would have had my camera on my run this morning. It was so peaceful and pretty!
@Fitness327wk thank you for stepping up to be co-captain and for continuing to motivate us! I love how I can always log into MFP and find encouraging posts from our group! Also thanks for the reminder to look at the big picture. A year ago in September I weighed 153 so even though I basically haven’t lost anything in the last few months when I consider how I lost over 10 pounds in the last year I can feel good about that!3 -

I am still in on the step team. I have a few days to report for sept. Will do so in a minute!
My goal for October: 6 pounds loss
I strayed from tracking calories the last week and it cost me the extra loss I could have seen for September. I am committed to doing this right for the entire month of October.2 -

Yesterday I left my Fitbit home to go swimming but I don’t have any excuses for the other days. Will get at it this week!2 -
I’m going to start a little motivational game with myself. I’ll call it “closer than 200”.
Today I am closer to 195 than I am to 200.
Next mini-goal: closer to 190 than 200. Goal time: two weigh ins from now.

My new Focus has to be the weekends where I seem to unravel but yesterday my son and his girlfriend took me out to dinner to tell me that I'm going to be a grandma OMG so it was a celebration... I wish they were married but I'm very happy and it's a boy so all the more reason for me to keep myself healthy!2 -
