Hi all!
Monday has been good so far. I’m going to make some nice tea tonight and be sure not to eat any more calories.
This fall couldn’t be any more beautiful. Any of you out in the snowy areas at the moment? Just wild - up to 120 cm in some areas! I’m feeling glad to live in the moderate part of the country1 -

🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃
Daily Team Challenge: Bye, September photo challenge camera 📷! I will pose a treat, tip, question and/or comment everyday and would love for our team to add their thoughts. We are in this together! Hello October!
Oct 1
* Take the three minute test
- About to bite into that Reese’s? A study in the journal Appetite found that the mood-enhancing properties of candy last only three minutes, says Albers. So before you rip open that wrapper, ask yourself if the indulgence is really worth it.
Did you catch yourself today and think through this before that bite and focus on your Oct goal, did it work?
“Trick or Treat” per Wikipedia:
The "treat" is usually some form of candy, although in some cultures money is used instead. (Sally: Our treat is feeling great with weight loss!) The "trick" refers to a threat, usually idle, to perform mischief (Sally: Habits keeping us from our goals) on the homeowners or their property if no treat is given. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trick-or-treatin

It must be the time of year for new equipment. My recumbent stationary bike arrives tomorrow. It’s what my doctor recommended for me, it doesn’t hurt that I used to have one and really enjoyed using it. I’m pretty excited because it will mean that I have a way to be active even when the weather is bad. No more weather based excuses to be lazy.3
