    @12774 Today was our 1st day of fall type weather. It went from 100 degrees to 75 in one day. I can't wait to do my fall cleanup too!

    Did not lose much weight.....but, this week I will get back to all my special exercises!

    Lucky for me.....no exercise= no considerable weight loss!

    Eating my diet.....is not enough.

    #4. 18/6 hour fasts - the fasts are becoming easier
    #5. Weight training every other day

    Sorry I haven't posted much. Been dealing with new health concerns. I'm still keeping on track with my eating and weight loss. Will do my best to post daily from now on. Will post my weight-loss update on Wednesday. Will do the last to weeks of the weekly challenges.

    Exercise: putting a bit more weight on my leg and walking around more with crutches, even went upstairs. Swimming/Treading water for 20 min. Felt like I had a lead weight on my leg, but good to get back in the water. Exhausted after.

    Exercise: walking with with crutches, felt tired today and like I may have pushed too hard yesterday so didn’t attempt a swim again today. Listened to my body and rested a bit more.
