    Full day fast and a very small meal for dinner. Only 20 minutes walk today as my knees and hips ache. So I'll dial back on any strenous activities for the whole weekend.

    @mram3582, Was wondering because I looked at the chart sheets and every team but ours has a week 5 till November 2nd. Ours only reads week 4, till October 26th. Wanted which one it was. Thanks 😊

    @jenngitch @victorious55 The reward for the best place is the same as last place, so there is no letting the team down. It is just the commitment process. The 1st week of the challenge was like a 7lbs + gain for me.....still here B)

    Week 3 weigh in - 71.3kg!

    20 hour fast and had a heavyish lunch just before 2pm. Then a 2 hour walk to the bus stop as attending a gig.
    Surprisingly, I was feeling quite full so had the least calorific alcholic drink I could find - I asked the bar tender if she could recommend a drink with the least calories and she made me a cocktail! She said it was the cocktail she makes for her regular customers on a keto diet - 83 calories and it was fairly potent! Had vodka, chartruese and some other stuff in it but very nice!

    Back home and in bed for 1.30am! Bonus - England thrashed Australia and NZ thrashed Ireland! Yay!
