Week 4 weigh in - 69.6kg!
Weighed myself today and I'm finally under 70kg! I find it interesting that I haven't been to the gym all week- have walked daily and fasted at least 20 hours and it's been the week of my biggest drop!

Calories: under by 3 calories!

Track: no-got called in to work on my day off before the crack of dawn...my 3 hrs of sleep didn't cut it!
Calories; probably under-I didn't go crazy today whenever I got home and I haven't really had time to eat during the day.

We have gone on a house swap to a very rural area. Want to spend some good quality time with the children and the husbot. I've done minimal exercise - just walking round the house doing stuff with the kids and have kept on my fast so I'm staying under my calories. 2 more days and we head back home to reality! Waah!0 -

For the month I’m only down a pound. 😢 Even though I’m up I know it could be worse. This has been an insane week and I haven’t logged my calories or been able to get in any exercise.0 -

Exercise: Yes, But not much. It was a need rest day for me after these 6 days of Cardio and Strength training in the new gym. I intend to take a rest once a week like this one. But, my other exercise was cooking and prepping for the week.
