Still at 71.5kg. Ayam not complaining! Weigh in day tomorrow. It'll be interesting to see if there is any change.

Calories: over-grossly overestimated today. I went to see the "Joker" (1st mainstream movie I've seen in over 10 yrs.) There were 4 of us sharing a tub of popcorn, but I logged the entire tub since I didn't pay attention to how much I ate.
Exercise: running around playing airsoft, but nothing consistent, so I didn't log it.

Comments: Slept wrong Monday night and woke up with a sore neck that didn't want to move at first and two spots on my lower to mid back that hurt as well. Have been able to move neck, but it still hurts a little if I move it a certain way. As for the back, it hurts less and I am still working on it. Just a little annoying since last week was my foot, the week before that was a heat rash flare-up and then this week I slept wrong one night and hurt my neck and back for a few days.1 -

Not bad at all. I was expecting at least a small loss but hey ho! I'll take this.
90 minutes walk 15k steps.

In the Neighborhood of Onederland again... I made up a chart and I am finally under that 15.0 pound mark from being out of the obese and in the overweight. I know it doesn't sound like much but I have not been just "over weight" for years. The goal is to get there before the end of the year.
