    Hey there team sorry i missed. Everything
    I had a tooth pulled Thursday after noon the 17th guess things werent to good come home an friday went back for next appointment before they got done i passed out ended up in a hospital again hooked to
    Machines.just got out yesterday afternoon told to do
    Exercises as tolerated. To see what happens next.
    So hoping i be up an ready by tomorrow.

    I have just realized that I did not track my weight last week.
    The week before it was 201.2bs
    Today 202.2 Heading in the wrong direction

    home now, but I'm tired and going to bed. My dad decided not to euthanize his doggie, so Spotster is at home right now for his last few hours. There seems to be no pain...just a lessening.

    I dont know what to say but i will need to be dropped from team for while.
    I wont be able to keep up on much compared to doctors. They said i need to rest alot to just keep up strength.
