    Exercise: No..had to drive to the big city (7hrs rt) for previous made commitment. Managed to walk 5000 steps, but that’s it.

    Exercise: putting a bit more weight on my leg and walking around more with crutches, even went upstairs. Swimming/Treading water for 20 min. Felt like I had a lead weight on my leg, but good to get back in the water. Exhausted after.

    Exercise: walking with with crutches, felt tired today and like I may have pushed too hard yesterday so didn’t attempt a swim again today. Listened to my body and rested a bit more.

    @mram3582 and Team Flab-U-Less. I've not been posting much because I've not been tracking consistently. Our house has been on the market for 2 weeks and my focus is on that. We've had 6 showings in that time and hopefully we'll get an offer soon. I've decided to take a little vacation from TBL challenge the rest of this month. I'll be back in November.     I'm feeling the pressure of a March 2020 Grand Canyon hike -- ramped up my workouts to meet physical requirements. Didn't expect this weight loss though. Quite a surprise!
