    I have been dieting since starting this Challenge in August.
    This week I took off from dieting.

    I am eating things I like (was craving) that I did not eat freely since on this Challenge.

    I was craving cheese and marinara. Which means things like pasta and pizza......that I cannot eat if I want to lose weight.

    I am still calorie counting! 😬🙌🏻 So, not gaining weight.

    I love Halloween Haunted Houses.....but, I am sooooo chicken! 😱

    Well...bit by bit... into the right direction. Also, I was so frustrated by the slow progress that I measured my hips and waist again. Turned out that I reduced both another centimetre... :smile:
