    I'm sorry team. That is a huge fluct upπŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ. Last weekend was our 20th anniversary...and we ate at Boston Chops--I never eat at restaurants---so I'm guessing that's the damage since the ret of the week I was on task. I started lifting again and also I stopped my dual 40 hour fasts per week this week....so I expected a gain from those factors as well.

    Sigh, not my best. This weekend is Thanksgiving, so please wish me luck! I am going to get a lot of walking since we are going to my parents’ place, but I’m Italian so you can imagine the size of our dinner and the drinks that will be flowing.

    Hey my dear friends,
    Ive been struggling lately with new and old health issues not to mention not being able to get into Community!
    But I think my bugs fixed now and Im back and on my way to accomplishing my October goals! My baby turns 25 today& Im celebrating with as mucu caution as I can muster.
    ALL of you are doing great!! Absolutely love it!

    How is fall treating you? I get to look out the window at this view, which , believe me, is much more vibrant than it looks. I’m heading out for supervision in a moment and it’s such a great day to be outside!

    I made some poor choices today - a foot long sub for dinner and then two(!) donuts. My husband bought some from A fundraiser one of his friends’ kids was doing.

    I need to make some good decisions this weekend!
