I'm sorry team. That is a huge fluct upπ€¦π»ββοΈ. Last weekend was our 20th anniversary...and we ate at Boston Chops--I never eat at restaurants---so I'm guessing that's the damage since the ret of the week I was on task. I started lifting again and also I stopped my dual 40 hour fasts per week this week....so I expected a gain from those factors as well.

Hey my dear friends,
Ive been struggling lately with new and old health issues not to mention not being able to get into Community!
But I think my bugs fixed now and Im back and on my way to accomplishing my October goals! My baby turns 25 today& Im celebrating with as mucu caution as I can muster.

Long weekend coming up here, they are such a challenge, especially with two giant teen boys in the house....πI've already planned what I'll be cooking since we will be home... it's much harder if traveling.
