Do you mind very much if I share my daily tea with you when I report steps? I’m loving these loose leaf teas so, so much and they are a calorie free (or very low cal) way to indulge in a craving each night.
Here’s what I’ve enjoyed so far this month:
Dragon pearls (green)
Forever nuts (herbal)
Organic namastea (green)
Grapefruit granitas (green)
Raspberry cream earl grey (black)
Movie night (green)
And today’s tea: chocolate covered almond (black)
I love teas and to your point no calories or very low!! It has really helped me at night. Love you sharing!1 -

My daily goals - Monday
✅ 1. Intentional renew mind at least once - Yes
✅ 2. 11,000 steps - 15,736 wow didn't realize I had done that many
✅ 3. Track all food - Yes
✅ 4. Exercise - yes walked at lunch
5. NO late night snacking - So disappointed in myself. Ate because I became frustrated at setting a stupid alarm clock.
✅ 6. Gratitude journal - Yes2 -

Traveling for work this week, so weighed in a day early.

+1 today- definitely discouraged since I’ve been making better choices
I’ll focus on the positives:
Increased my run distance yesterday to 2.75 miles
Working on making healthy choices- picked an apple over a cookie yesterday! Baby steps

My new Focus has to be the weekends where I seem to unravel but yesterday my son and his girlfriend took me out to dinner to tell me that I'm going to be a grandma OMG so it was a celebration... I wish they were married but I'm very happy and it's a boy so all the more reason for me to keep myself healthy!
Congrats on the good news! Finding our you are going to be a grandma is worth a few calories!0 -

We live in a grab-and-go culture, which makes unconscious eating—or eating without thinking—a common challenge. Break the cycle of mindless munching by forcing yourself to sit down for meals. That way, you won't do any stroll-by snacking when you shouldn't.
My husband and I sit down for our meals, no tv or distractions. It has really helped me to slow down. We start with a big salad typically or soup and it’s helped with my weight loss.

WELL MINE IS ALSO A TREAT....AND A TRICK TO
I CHERRY PICKED THIS TEAM ( TRICK) ... MEANING I PURPOSELY CHOSE EVERYONE OF YOU TO BE A WARRIOR. (TREAT).... I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER THAN WINNIE THE POO WITH A HONEY JAR. WHEN IT COMES TO SUPPORTING EACH OTHER YOUR THE BEST... WHEN IT COMES TO HELPING GETTING A TEAM MATE OVER THE HUMP YOU ARE THERE FOR THAT TEAM MATE... IT JUST DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THAT.
WITH YOUR SUPPORT I WAS ABLE TO DEAL WITH MY MOM'S DEATH A LOT EASIER...
