❌ Logged food
❌ Stayed under calorie goal
✅ 1 hour+ of cardio
✅ Maintained IF schedule/No food after dinner
❌ Limited sugar
✅ Track Water: 165.8 oz.
(Anniversary dinner tonight so I did OMAD for a cheat meal dinner and drinks. Restart tomorrow for a new week on track.)

My daily goals (Saturday)
1. 10,000 steps yes 22088
2. Calories under 1500 no 1900
3. 30 minutes exercise Yes 132
4. Log all food yes
I was so worried about not getting exercise, I walked 4.5 miles and did squats, bench step ups and pushups in the morning, but then ended up skipping football game and biking & walking all over so geat exercise day! Burned 1156 calories according to my watch! However I did exceed my calorie goal (but still feel good overall).2 -
