@FatimaStartsAllOver, I've moved week 4 to week 5 so that will be your starting weight for November. Have a good rest of your trip! If you weigh on return, and decide on Thursday you want to use that weight, just let me know and I'll update it for you.

Tomorrow is my last day on the Green Smoothie cleanse. I’ll take a 3 day break (still watching what I eat). Then I’ll be back on the 30 day challenge which is two green smoothie, a healthy meal and snacks in between. It’s been rough but I just say I’m have waaayyy more energy than i have. I’m not falling asleep at work and I’m getting decent sleep at night so those are definite pluses. My goal is to be in the 240’s by the end of November. I got this!!! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
What do you put in your green smoothie?
The three main greens I use are spinach, kale, and mixed greens. It depends on the recipe but the fruits I use are mango, pineapple, bananas, strawberry’s, peaches and apples. You can add protein powder which I didn’t.2 -

Still re-losing weight I've gained back since June but always happy to see a loss instead of a gain.
I was 140.7 pounds on Monday but got my act together with eating and exercising on Monday and Tuesday and got down 3.4 pounds for my Wednesday weigh in!6 -
