 Calories: Under. I feel so much better, no aches but I'm so weak. Ate much better today. Polished a bowl of meatball stew. Added so much chilli to enable me eat it - I'll need to gorge on antacids
 Exercise: Yes. Decided to take public transport to work so got 1.5 hours walk in. Almost caved in and called an Uber!3

 I am a WW girl and we are going through a new change in a few days so will have to see what the new plan looks like. I have planned by 15th Wedding anniversary trip for April 2020 so I would love to be in better shape, physically and Mentally before then. Winter time is the worst time for me. I just have no energy.4
